About us Label Abha is a womenswear brand operated by A S Fashions LLP, based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

Products & pricing All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display product colours, details, and descriptions accurately; however, actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handcrafted nature of our products.

We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct errors in pricing or descriptions at any time without prior notice.

Orders Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

Payments We accept payments through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. All online transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.

Promotions Promotional offers, discount codes, and campaigns (including Buy 2 Get 3 Free) are subject to their own terms, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Limitation of liability Label Abha shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
