Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across India for your convenience. Simply select COD at checkout and pay in cash when your order arrives. A nominal COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.

7-Day Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
• Original tags must be intact
• The item should be returned in its original packaging

How it works:
Write to us at at connect@labelabha.com or WhatsApp us at 9007576012 within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and reason. Our team will guide you through the pickup or return process.

Please note:

• Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the returned item passing quality check.
• For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, slight variations in embroidery, color, and texture are natural and not considered defects as all our pieces are bespoke and no two are ever the same
