To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original tags must be intact
- The item should be returned in its original packaging

Write to us at at connect@labelabha.com or WhatsApp us at 9007576012 within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and reason. Our team will guide you through the pickup or return process.
Please note:
- Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the returned item passing quality check.
- For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
